She helped us tremendously with the sale of my fathers home as he entered a new chapter in his life at the VA Center Home. Connor was an excellent realtor. He was available, knowledgeable and resourceful. He patiently answered all of our questions, used his training to help point things out we might have missed as we visited homes, and kept us informed along the way with offers made through the completion of the sale. He also gave us space as we looked at homes so we could have our own conversations without someone looking over our shoulder. We appreciated the space, but he was always there when we needed him. Buying a house with Connor Nichols of Herrin Real Estate was a really positive experience. My family was moving to the area from out of town, so we needed someone to consult with us on the parts of town we should be looking at. Connor walked us through the various areas of town and helped us settle on Celina because of its small town feel with easy access to city amenities. We looked at several places and were quickly able to find a place that was perfect for us. Connor really guided us through the offer/negotiation and advocated on our behalf (as opposed to some realtors who just want to get the deal done so they can get their paycheck and aren't worried about getting you the best deal possible).
