I love this place. It's a great price for great service. I love that they do a head massage and a foot massage.

I wanted to update my review to say that Jerry is the BEST!!! He goes slower which means (to me at least) that he can use more pressure without it hurting. My friend and I have been going weekly and we fight over who gets Jerry. Not to say that Coco isn't great but Jerry is just awesome!

OH! I can't for to mention Agnes at the front desk! She is so sweet and always so upbeat. I was really nervous to walk in one day and find a while new staff but I'm really happy overall.

I liked it very much, a clean and quiet place and you can take a shower before... they give you a card that you get a massage as a gift after a few times... the price is reasonable and acceptable, and the massage is very professional, she invested in me, and she was kind and asked me from time to time if I was okay?...I will go back there Always !! highly recommend !

This place is a hidden gem! Hubby got the 90 min foot combo and I got the 90 min body massage. We both were over the moon with our massages. Coco and Jerry were amazing. And front staff were super chill and nice.

My weekly massage spa! I’m so pleased with the service and care of Carpe Firm’s staff and facility. The attentiveness to my aches and what I’d like is wonderful. They ask where you need the most attention before you go back so that you can fully enjoy your massage and relax. The massages are so therapeutic and the work breaks up all the aggravated muscles so you can enjoy the massage without the pain of trigger point release techniques. I always leave feeling free from tension and the massages aren’t temporary but rather lasting. Most massages I’ve had, and I’ve had so many considering my job as a flight attendant, have been painful bc the therapist works deep into the tissue to release the knots. Jerry’s bodywork massages are so fluid and firm, capable of releasing tension while also inducing a relaxing and restorative state of being. I also purchased a couple massage for my mother and I and the price is unbeatable!!! Massages generally range from $80-$100 and add-on’s are always marked so high. The prices at Carpe Diem make it affordable for you to care about your body. You can’t take care of anyone if you don’t take care of yourself first!

I needed a deep skin massage and decided to try this place out. They told me they were under a new management. The place looked clean and also very quiet which I liked. I tried the CDB oil and it definitely reduced some aches from my shoulder and back muscles. Koko was my massage therapist and she know how to pressure enough to get the knot out. I’m definitely gonna stop by again.
