The Brazos Apartments

Moving from out of state is stressful but thankfully Jon & Michelle have made this such a smooth transition for me coming from Miami! To begin, I appreciate Jon answering to all of my inquires as a walk-in & found time to schedule a tour for me the same day. I was convinced to apply in that moment due to his attentiveness. He ensured to share any and all information with me before I left and was still very communicative with me prior to my Dallas move. Michelle is an absolute sweetheart every time I enter the leasing office and is always willing to help me if needed! Maintenance is pleasurable and prompt with requests + actively working on the property. Thank you all for making Brazos a sweet place to call home! ❤️

By far, the best experience I've had moving into an apartment. Very smooth process, and the leasing team goes the extra mile to get things done quickly! I have had NO issues living here. It is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and clean. The Management Team deserves an A++! The Maintenance Team (especially Rowdy!) is stellar - they go above and beyond to help you and is very prompt and courteous! The Brazos is the BEST! Definitely recommend!

Love the space !!! The maintenance team is quick to fix issues , the property is very nice , management is great and very good communication from management. The apartment itself is spacious, love that it has the options for attached or detached garages

We recently moved to The Brazos (2 months back), Here's how our experience went. We're a family of 3 (mom, dad, 1 yr old baby), we actually came to look at another nearby apartments and my wife suggested to take a casual look and see if The Brazos were leasing. So we did (without any appointment or scheduling, in the covid19 days) just showed up like that, we met the lovely Payton and Jon (Assistant Manager) at the leasing office, both were very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed (finding the perfect place to live is truly a hassle), which these awesome people made into a very enjoyable experience. My wife fell in love with the 1st apartment we saw neat, clean, new appliances, perfect size rooms and bathroom, clean/spacious closets, clean community (take a look at the swimming pool video, we love it) and that's how clean the entire apartment complex is, very well maintained. Jon took care of everything for us from paperwork to answering all the questions we had and we were so satisfied, we booked the apartment on our very first visit. Application was done online and hassle free, approved the next day and we moved in at the given move-in date. Any small issues we had with fire alarm, lighting or fixtures were promptly resolved the 2nd day of move-in. I want to thank JON for being so patient with us and demonstrating great professionalism and the highest level of customer service throughout our interaction in-person and over the phone/emails. My wife loves the gym, pool and even just a walk around the complex with our baby. In July the office also invited all residents to community events (wine, ice cream, breakfast, but we couldn't make it to any)
Its a really nice community with a lot of friendly people, the management communicates parking or garbage collection rules clearly and we're honestly very very satisfied and would definitely recommend The Brazos to everyone looking for a clean, beautiful and affordable place to live.
