“I like Lowe's because of their Saturday how-to classes. They're always free, and you can learn so much. You might think, I already know how to do that, but you may not be doing it the most durable way. Or maybe they will show you an easier way to do it with a different tool or product. They're very knowledgeable. Only their senior people provide the classes. The Lowe's near me has them Saturdays from 10:30-11:30. And they keep a big list of classes outside the store so you can just drive by to see what's coming up. And one of the very best things is how they take care of our military members. They now have reserved parks spots for active duty members or veterans. I really appreciate that. I also appreciate getting the military discount. Once you show them proof of your service, they're able to put it up every time after that by your phone number.”

“I was trying to change out my nose ring for the first time and royally botched it and ended up double piercing my nostril with the ring (it straight up went through the flesh, didn’t even go inside my nostril). I called frantic to see if they could fix it and they said I could come in. I was a disheveled mess and Tristan was super calm, collected, and professional the entire time. He helped get the unintentional double piercing out and helped me get a new piece of jewelry in there in a super pleasant and relatively painless experience. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely go back for my next piercing.”
