My son had a significant ankle sprain and was told to be on crutches and a boot for weeks. He started at Ambrose the day after the injury and off crutches in 24 hours, out of a boot in 48 and back to regular activity in less than a week. Ambrose develops a plan for the needs of each individual athlete. I recommend him to anyone who has an injury, sports related or not. Ambrose takes time to assess your child’s needs and gives them what they need to get back to where they need to be, but even stronger.

Ambrose has been so great with my boys. He understands their personalities and tries to find new and ways to motivate them and push them to be better athletes. He knows his stuff.

I have been going to Ambrose for a couple of years now and he has never disappointed. Every single injury I have had he has cured it instantly. As a student athlete i’m constantly working out and trying to become faster. He’s helped me decrease my times in my running events and overall has helped me mentally. Been going to Ambrose for years now. Top notch professional at what he does and top notch guy period. It’s so personal. Him and Daritsa make it a point to analyze each individual athlete and develop workouts and exercises tailored around the specific athlete’s needs. If I’m needing recovery from any muscle injuries, this is where I go. If I’m needing injury prevention, this is where I go. If I’m just simply looking to get faster, this is where I go. They are great at what they do and I recommend them to anyone!
