Children's Lighthouse of Frisco

My daughter has been attending at children’s lighthouse of Frisco for 3 months now. she has learning tremendously including social skills, academic lessons , music and sing a song . I was so amazing by it. She loves Ms. Mari so much that is make it more easy for us to drop off and she is always exciting to go to daycare. She will wake up so early and get ready to see Ms. Mari. My daughter said she loves her teacher so much! She is so attach to Ms. Mari. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of my daughter and teach her a lot of thing including discipline. I am so glad we choose to come to this place! All the front offices are very nice.

The staff at Children’s Lighthouse is amazing. You will always be greeted with a warm smile. It amazes me how they remember everyone’s name to make all the kiddos feel welcomed. Having camera access and secured access is just the icing on the cake to ensure your little one is safe at all times. Would recommend this place to anyone as your first choice.

My son has been attending children’s lighthouse of frisco for 6 months now. We chose this daycare because we loved Angie Hernandez and her approach to teaching nurturing the kids. Since my son has been in Angie’s classroom he has been thriving, started talking and communicating to us a lot more. She is more than just a teacher but someone that also cares about the parents. This is hands down one of the best daycare places from our experience. My daughter is 3 years 2 months and she’s been going to Children’s Lighthouse (Frisco) since she was about 2. She’s excited every day to go to “school” and she comes home happy :)
All teachers are great, fun and kind to kids. Ms Cherokee is a great director.

All what follows is great appreciation to Ms Angie (my daughter’s teacher) who is exceptional! She’s one of the main reasons my daughter loves going to school every day :) Her kindness is unmatched, her story—telling skills are amazing. Ms Angie spends time every day reading books with all kiddos, she made my 3 yo love books and it became a habit to hold books and read together every evening. She greets all kiddos by their name when they walk into the classroom and gives each a big hug and that really means a lot to me. Ms Angie is so detail oriented, takes care of all the little things for every kid in her class (from diaper change times when we were still at such a phase to making sure kids eat their meals/ have their daily water intake/ get their daily naps). She does daily dance/ sing routine with the kiddos in addition to colouring activities. She also asserts good manners to the little ones such as saying thank you, greeting friends, sharing toys, etc. I’d like to give her a huge THANK YOU for everything she does. I drop off my daughter every day knowing she’s loved and she’s in safe hands. We love you Ms Angie, so much! ♥️

*First time daycare review*

I was a nervous wreck trying to find the right person or place for my baby. I needed to go back to work and I spent weeks looking. I have never had any of my children in daycare so I was distraught, worried, nervous, and anxious. My baby girl was only 6 weeks old.
I found this location by chance. It was close to my work so I scheduled a tour. When I got to Children’s Lighthouse I was immediately greeted with friendly faces and they were expecting me. They had everything ready to go and they were eager to show me around. I toured the facility, clean, organized, quiet, and inviting. At the end of my tour I landed in the room where my baby would be. I met the ladies in charge of the room and they had their stuff together! I really enjoyed speaking with them for quite some time about their passion for what they do and the standards they uphold. They were a great team. I saw art work on the walls the babies were making and their pictures showing off how proud they were. Each child had their own crib assigned with instructions on sleep care. The room had sanitation stations and was very well organized. There’s a window that is one way and they told me if I needed to ever just stand there and watch my baby to do so anytime. SOLD. This is where I wanted my baby.
The facility has a keypad for entry specific to your child, there’s cameras in every room and hallway (which YOU CAN ACCESS!), they use an app to keep you updated with what your child is doing for the day, the play yard is clean, the curriculum is set, and the staff is top notch.
My child is so happy and loves her teachers. It means a lot that when I enter the room my child is greeted by name and with a huge smile that is absolutely contagious and makes my daughter smile back and reach out for her teachers. I have never seen an unhappy child! I appreciate the relationships I’ve built with all of the staff and what they do to keep my child SAFE and happy. I appreciate the guidance and tips for my daughter as well as the structure and support they give.
