Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a nice facility! Dr. Tavakoli is very sweet and clearly passionate about podiatry. I only wish she spent a bit more time with patients - during all of my appointments, I felt like she talked quickly and wrapped up quickly. She would answer questions and give plenty of necessary info, sure, but I didn't feel like I had enough time to process things and ask further questions before the appointment ended. This (talking too fast) is a particular pet peeve of mine with doctors, which is why it bothered me enough to dock 1 star, but I do believe she is a great podiatrist. Just come with your questions ready!

The physicians and staff here still embody the philosophy of "client first". Dr. Knapp is knowledgeable and professional, as is the staff. It is obvious that this group likes working together and their focus is on customer satisfaction, NOT performing processes for process sake that satisfy office managers, stakeholders and consultants, but do nothing for the clients well-being. Jessica and the entire office staff is highly competent and concerned with the best possible patient experience. The one thing I never hear there is "we can't". They always find a way to make it happen.

Great staff. Dr. Knapp’s experience speaks for itself and he leaves no detail of the procedure to question. He made me feel very comfortable about the surgery and that I was making the correct decision for myself.
