My best friend did my roof a few years back. However, my roof was damaged again by hail and my friend had stopped doing roofs. I received a flyer in the mail from Connection Roofing. They were one of four quotes that I received. They were the lowest quote and I decided to go with them.
My experience with Jordan at Connection Roofing was similar to my experience when working with my best friend. Jordan didn’t treat me like a stranger, he treated me like someone he cared about. I imagine he does that with all of his customers. He did a fantastic job on the roof. I was able to see all the materials and verify it. And, he even came back out and fixed a problem I had with one of the wind turbines.
Jordan answered all my questions, and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work done, and I was very satisfied with the work. He kept to his word, showed up when he promised, and provided great support even after the roof was done.
I would not hesitate to use Connection Roofing again. Not only were they the lowest price (with great quality materials), but they provided exceptional service and Jordan truly cares about customer service.
