i don’t usually take time to write reviews but this team of professionals is OUTSTANDING! They’re a compassionate, knowledgeable and truly dedicated team! I was initially a bit skeptical bc l had researched prices for weeks & once again Costco couldn’t be beat. However when I spoke with Leslie to schedule an appointment for my mother, she was sincerely patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. Once we were there, J.R. was simply amazing the way he listened to my mothers specific needs. He even took time to explain his background and training to us. He’s one in a million! Frisco COSTCO is blessed to have J.R. as a exemplary professional who cares about his individual clients! J.R. and Leslie are the real deal - assets to this huge company. KUDOS!!
