These products are beyond AMAZING! As someone who is super health conscious about the importance of non chemicals, it does not get more cleaner than this company and the products that they offer. However, the customer service, specifically Kristie at this location is WONDERFUL. An absolute delight! She goes way beyond her needs, you are in great hands if she happens to help you. I keep returning back to this company in all honesty because of how wonderful she is making everything run so smoothly.

We were looking for a plush comfortable pillow that was natural, and we found it! The customer service is also amazing and exceesed my expectations! Michelle was a wealth of knowledge, friendly, and so helpful! She genuinely cared about what I needed, I'm so happy we got to meet her because we are definitely coming back to the store for more items:)

I purchased a Naturepedic Arcadia mattress which arrived about 2 weeks ago. I cannot say enough about this mattress! Aside from the obvious benefit of this mattress being free from harmful chemicals, this mattress is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. My husband and I have commented no less than once a day about how we feel like we're sleeping on a hotel bed (5 star hotel to be clear!) and we look forward to going to sleep every night. This mattress is clearly very high quality and we look forward to sleeping on it for the next 20+ years. It's an investment, but given how much time you spend in bed and how important sleep is, we feel it was WELL worth the price and have been recommending it to everyone we know. Not only are we thrilled with the mattress, but we had the pleasure of working with Michelle who was so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend Naturepedic more highly!

Michelle was incredibly helpful and patient with my wife and me as we tried out several different options. She was also pretty good about checking in on all the customers as it was a busy day and she was the only one working. She helped us choose a great mattress.
