“I brought my father to the Emergency Department on Sunday morning. The registration process went smooth and he was taken back in less than 5 minutes. My father's healthcare team was exceptionally caring. They listen to his concerns about his condition and ensured him that he'll be taken care of, and not treated like a number. My father was released today, and I can honestly say that this was the best hospital experience we've ever had. Although I was very worried about him, my mind was at ease because I knew he was in good hands. I hope he never needs to return to the hospital. However, if he has to, I will gladly make the 44-mile round trip just so we can experience the great care that Texas Health Frisco has to offer.
