(December 10, 2020, 4:52 pm)I had a great time visiting Ashley Home Store. There was no pressure and looked at my own leisure. There was someone there ready to help me as soon as I had a question. They then price match the chair for me which saved me nearly $200! I am only sad that it will take until the end of February to get my chair. That is the reason for the 4 stars but that is out of the hands of the excellent sales team. Overall wonderful experience. I hope my chair become available sooner.
(November 11, 2020, 11:43 am)We went in last night to check on our order and found out there was a very long delay for delivery. We were met by an awesome lady. Her name was Ashley and she went above and beyond to help us find a different sofa that was in stock and able to be delivered even sooner than expected! The Ashley store in Frisco TX is very customer friendly and focused on excellent customer service. Happy Customers!!!

(November 11, 2020, 8:02 am)Great experience at Ashley furniture. Salesman allowed us to browse at our own pace and find the bedroom set we liked. He assured us he could help on the price and did! He even helped with delivery costs and made sure it would be delivered within the month when everywhere else stated it could be as early as March 2021. Hoping I can go back for our living room set very soon. Thanks you for the great experience, Gus and John!
(October 12, 2020, 1:47 pm)I went to the Ashley store in grapevine mills to buy furniture and 3 hrs later got tired of trying to figure the price and how the rep got the price and to make sure the discount was applied correctly. Representative lied and said we had to get the protection package in order to get the discount bringing the bed back up to the original price almost. My wife is a accountant and she couldn’t figure how he can me up with the number until we got home. But basically, they lied to us and was just trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need or want.
So today I told my wife I would go to the Ashley store in Frisco....TOTALLY DIFFERENT SCENE. Walked in...was greeted by Chip Kleckner, told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want. Talk about easy process... I was in and out with the same bed in 15 min. He explained the promotion and sale they had going on . I’m sure a lot of representatives for that store was great but Chip definitely made the process easy. And less stressful . I would definitely recommend going to the Ashley Frisco store for Your furniture needs. Ask for Chip. He is very professional, courteous , and helpful. He is definitely a asset to the organization.
