Clean, bright, and fresh. The staff, from the friendly woman who took our order, to the smiling one who brought it to the table were helpful, courteous, and efficient.
The food, my Salami on rye and my husband's classic Ruben were fresh, thick and tasty and authentic! We will definitely go back.
The best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had. Perfectly grilled Rye bread, warm corned beef, delicious sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese... oh and of course the sauce! Coleslaw was terrific, super nice staff, the restaurant was very clean. The black and white cookie was amazing.. I’ll be back next week!
Drove by, came in, ordered Hodgepodge soup on a hot day and it was glorious! So tasty and comforting. The service was friendly and quick. Atmosphere was inviting and clean. I'll definitely be back and recommend everyone come too!
We ordered at the counter, then went and sat down and they brought the food to you.
If you want water or other refills of beverages, you go up the side station.
The speed of the service was really fast and the team was nice.
The menu is massive.
We had Deborah's Bagel and Lox and GiGi's Breakfast (Pancakes, Bacon and Eggs).
We also picked up some colorful butter cookies and a raspberry Rugelach pastry for later in the day. The whole pasty case looked so tasty and good.
The corned beef sandwich on rye bread was very good with a nice deli brown mustard. The potato salad was interesting, a bit chunkier than I expected, but it had good flavor. The pickle plate was a nice touch. I topped the meal off with an outstanding Doc Brown's black cherry soda. The owner stopped by to see how we liked the meal, and we had a brief conversation about how much we enjoyed their bagels that usually brings us in. They make a solid lunch, and there was a good crowd in the store. They were out of the egg bagels, but they graciously offered to make some fresh for us. It worked out perfectly, since the bagels were hot and ready to go at the end of our meal. We will definitely keep coming back for the bagels, and we will add them to our list of favorite lunch spots.
