They explain your condition and the course of action that is going to follow and if that doesn't work then they explain what may be the next step or steps to take.

I had an eye injury and am eternally grateful for Dr. Agarwal. The moment I walked into the room, I felt better about my situation because she has a very kind demeanor about herself that made me feel calmer. She listened carefully and only until I was done explaining did she give me her diagnosis and list of medications. Everything she prescribed helped me immediately. She also had the courtesy to call me next day to see how I was doing. Very few doctors still do that. Also, reception was very nice and her technician was thorough and helpful; immediately available upon my calls for questions. I had a very pleasant experience, thank you!
