  Wish i knew about this place earlier on in pregnancy (it's for the whole family ). Loved my new patient appointment. Dr. Krempein went over everything and did my adjustments at 36 weeks preggo 🥳🙌 she was awesome definitely going back before and after delivery, felt so much better after this appointment!!! And the office is kid friendly which i absolutely love my toddler will play while we are in the waiting room and while i get adjusted!

  My whole family gets care from these amazing chiropractors. They are excellent. Kind. Friendly. And their office is kid-friendly and family friendly. They check all the boxes. Affordable. Skilled. Accessible. The benefits of chiropractic plus so much more . . . acupuncture, massage, ayurevidic treatments, facials, nutritional support.

  Love this entire team! Dr. Christina has been a life saver during my pregnancy. I’ve had hip and low back pain, so making sure my pelvis is aligned has made a far more comfortable pregnancy. Cannot recommend them enough!

  I LOVE Grounded Wellness! Christina has been amazing! My 3 month old baby has been tense and fussy since she was born and Christina has helped her so much. She’s a different baby now! I love the atmosphere here and everyone is so warm and helpful. I love how kid and momma friendly it is 🙌

  We LOVE Dr. Christina! We were recommended by a lactation consultant. Our daughter was lip and tongue tied and they highly suggested we go get her adjusted post-frenectomy to also help improve her latch. So far we are 6 months into our breastfeeding journey and I know she helped make this possible. She is very sweet and caring. My son and I both started seeing her too. The kids adore her!!
