(September 11, 2017, 3:35 pm)School is amazing! The staff is amazing and very helpful. My 6th grader had trouble navigating on the first few weeks, but now she knows here way around the whole school! There are not any bad things happening here, so it feels like a pretty safe school. The staff is probably the best part of Nelson. My daughter had trouble opening her locker on the 4th day of school, and a teacher walked over and opened the locker in a jiffy. She was also lost on the second week of school. She was stranded in the 8th grade section and couldn't find gym class. A very kind 8th grade teacher showed her the gym. Overall, this school is one of the best schools I've seen in a while, since my 12th grader is going to graduate soon.
