Jarrard Jessica

I have seen Jessica for many years and highly recommend her. She is well versed and stays current on topics such as addiction, depression, and PTSD. I consult with her on a variety of topics related to parenting. She has earned my respect by being honest and direct and works in solution. She does not always tell me what I want to hear - but she speaks the truth with compassion and I trust her advice.

Having multiple members of my immediate family die by suicide I take my mental health very seriously. Before moving to Texas I lived out of state and did extensive counseling after the death of my father. That is when I learned what good therapy looked like. Upon moving to Texas I interviewed many therapists before selecting Jessica.

Jessica is not afraid to discuss difficult topics and can handle extreme cases of trauma and abuse. I am 47 years of age and moved around frequently to support husband's career. I have worked with many counselors over the years and Jessica is a superior therapist.

Jessica is a mother and has helped provide keen insights in guiding me through the stages of divorce and how to help my children. She provides wisdom and tools for me during every session. I believe this is what separates her from other therapists. I have grown in so many ways because of the guidance, tools and wisdom that she has provided over the years.
