Timothy has been a God send to me. He hits all sides of fitness. It’s not just someone to personally show you how to work out but really builds a regime for success. He has given me workouts and a nutrition plan-which was the game changer. Most trainers just work out with you. Anytime I have a question- he is always quick to answer.

And most of all- he makes training with him a lot of fun. He is very goofy and talkative which helps distract the strain of the workout. I live in Dallas and drive to Frisco just to see him. He’s most definitely worth it!
