Having known Sarah in both a personal and professional capacity, I can say without reservation that she is a great person and a wonderful massage therapist. I highly recommend visiting her; extremely thorough massage and she really takes the time to listen and empathize.

I'm normally not one to write reviews online, but there are exceptions to every rule. Sarah is, by far, the EXCEPTION. My first and subsequent visits to Frisco Massage have been nothing short of healing, relaxing, rejuvenating, and every other superlative that can be applied here. Sarah is world class. Her welcoming attitude, infectious smile, and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease every session. It feels like an escape stepping into her well organized, clean, and soothing spa.

Sarah got to know me by exploring my work and lifestyle to better understand how to build my customized treatment plan. As a LMT, she leverages her vast experience, knowledge, and training in different modalities to install that customized treatment plan.

Sarah is so intuitive and provides just the right touch. My trouble spots (goodbye sciatica!) have never felt better in my life. She can always tell just by the squeeze of my shoulders if I've had a tough week, or more stress than normal since our last session. Talk about talent!

I always leave refreshed and thinking about when I can schedule my next session. My physical AND mental health have greatly improved since I started visiting Frisco Massage regularly. If I could give 20 stars, I would.
