Shannon is warm, personable, experienced and it's obvious in talking with her that she isn't just experienced -- she's also quite astute. Our daughter liked her straight away and is very encouraged that Shannon will be able to help her. As for the negative reviews, it appears most were people who were disgruntled over a court ruling. Shannon's focus is the child and their well-being. As to claims about her ethics, we have experienced the exact opposite of the things we read but we expected that. I'm glad we found Shannon and we are looking forward to her helping our daughter and giving her the tools she needs and I imagine and expect helping us be better parents along the way!
