“My 91 year old mother was admitted here after her broken hip bone surgery. Physical facility is excellent. Nurses are good, especially Judy, Jericho and Mayo were exceptionally good. Physical therapy staff is excellent, especially Rachel was exceptional. Occupational therapists are also very good, especially Bianca was exceptionally good. Activity Director Razia is outstanding and very helpful. Executive Director, Daniel Prince is committed to service so much that he gave us his cellphone number to reach out anytime. The sore points are food and business office. There were times when same food items were repeated seven days in a raw. Facility has no concept of vegetarian food and choices are very limited. Business office is very slow in processing paperwork and not responsive to client requests. I have seen other rehab centers and comparatively this one is much better. My mom stayed here for two months.”

One server, Christian, was especially helpful given that my family has incredibly disparate dietary restrictions. He seemed particularly understanding and was able to make menu suggestions to accommodate us all. The food was absolutely delicious and the service impeccable. I will be going back again for certain.”
