Love this place! Front Desk is friendly and nice and quick check-in! The Image technician was the same and very informative, knowledgeable and provided clear/concise directions, which made it an awesome experience! Entire visit was quick, no wait time! New, clean and cozy environment- thank you!

Staff was warm and friendly. Check in process was very quick and smooth. Staff were very polite amd explained all processes and procedures clearly. They answered all my questions and made the whole process comfortable.

Almost no wait time at check in. I was late but was taken to start the procedure within 2 min. Every staff I encountered shows excellent professionalism. All of them are very friendly, gentle and caring. Dr Keel was very good and explained all the details and her recommendation to me. The plaza is under construction so it was a little bit troublesome getting in and out but I still highly recommend the Frisco location, it’s new and clean and for the excellent staff. (Dr. Keel is usually at Garland location tho).
