North Frisco Crossfit

The CrossFit community at NFX is unlike any other. Ryan genuinely cares about every single member and shows it time and time again. The coaching is the best I’ve ever had at any box. ❤️

My wife and I have been going to NFX for 4 months now. This is our first CrossFit experience ever so we were not sure what to expect. Ryan made it really easy by giving a demo class and then explaining how it all works. He eased us in with a couple of ramp up weeks which made it easy for us to decide without having an initial long term commitment. The experience has been great so far and all the coaches are great. They will look after each and every athlete and make sure you are having the right form. People are very friendly as well and feels like one family under the roof.

Thought I would check in with an update,
My Crossfit journey begin at North Frisco Crossfit in September 2016, here we are in 2018 and I have to tell you the decision to call NFX my Crossfit home has not been a mistake in even the smallest bit. Ryan and the coaches continue to provide exceptional programming, Ryan spends his own time researching and developing the programs.
As I began to explore the competition aspects of Crossfit and asked questions about how to get better at this or that or what a good strategy might be, they, the coaches and experienced competitive athletes, have been very willing to offer their thoughts and suggestions.
But the most impressive thing about NFX is the community, the people are the best. Supporting each other and their families, not only in the gym but outside in day to day life as well.
I would strongly recommend you look at NFX when you are begin to decide were to call your Crossfit home and family of choice.

I have done a variety of fitness activities in my life including some cross fit type workouts.
I came to North Frisco Cross fit to get stronger to help me with my martial arts training. In the few weeks that I have been working out with Ryan and our cross fit family, I can already tell a difference in my strength and physique.
Ryan is easy to talk to and work with.
He scales workouts to meet you where you are but still challenge you.
He also works hard to make our group a family atmosphere and encourages community among the members.
I very much recommend North Frisco Crossfit.

Been training here for 4 months and it's been great! Higher endurance level and more energy. Great community feel to it. Friendly competition. Whether you're getting back into shape or taking it to the next level, Ryan will motivate you to make it happen. And like Diane said, Saturdays are free!
