(August 24, 2021, 12:55 am)Fun and challenging workouts. The setup of the room, movements, and time frames constantly change. The facility is very clean, like new every time I walk in. The schedule works well for my schedule with a 5am and 615pm every weekday to get it in before or after work as well as two classes each weekend day. The coaches are charismatic and encouraging. I enjoy going back each day even at 5am ☺️
