Visited with April Fields re adjustments required for my dental appliance. I have, in the past, had very positive experience with April - this time it was no exception. She went out of her way to help me procure the appliance and adjust it in a way that it works perfectly for me. Exceptional service!!!

The facility is top notch with modern equipment. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. Genesis, the nurse/assistant of Dr. Kent Smith was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience. The doctor also was very nice! Highly recommend.

I normally do not leave comments for any service, but I wanted to make special mention of the service that I received last Friday (07/31/21) with Samantha. Samantha is very welcoming and professional. She is an example for any medical office in providing outstanding customer service that customers deserve. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Sleep Dallas, and will be making recommendations as a result of my visit and the great service that I received. You will not find a more caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable staff to help you resolve your sleeping issues. I have been lucky enough to work with Victoria and she is the absolute best. She did an awesome job explaining their process, answering my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. Dr. Smith is just as patient and caring. I’ve just started my treatment a week ago and have already made incredible progress.

I have been a patient of 21st century dental for over 20 years my experience is always the same although I must say that there are times when they exceed my expectation I'm always treated well and any service that I have an appointment for is always timely the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly I love Dr.'s Bristol and Smith as well as my hygienist Lil and now I have a new sleep therapist who has been helping reduce snoring. This dental office is state-of-the-art and not your typical one. LOVE YOU ALL AND THANKS!
