I want to say thank you to the general manager Stephen I went to go get my tire balanced and he showed me that the last place that I took my tire to never tighten my tires and that's why my tire was shaking very disappointed in that last place I went to but very grateful for people like Stephen who are honest and trustworthy 5 out of 5 I recommend I will definitely be back

Took my Ferrari Californina there to get an emergency battery replacemnet! Yes i said ferrari. They did an excellent job. Allowed me to watch him in the bay with the car ,with goggles on. Changed the battery out for the new one they had delivered in 10 minutes. No scratches. really good guys at this location. Thanks ill continue to trust them with my battery needs. saved me almost half what the dealer wanted!

Went there for the wheel balancing . Experience was good. I left my car over there and when I called back at 6 . It was not done but the other guy made sure it was done by the time I reached there before 7 .

My journey at Charter Oak was more then just a stepping stone on my path to sobriety. It is the foundation that holds me up. The staff is like family from day one and they will push you to a better you. They didn't give up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. Their strength gives me the courage to stay on track and take my demons head on. Thank you for still believing in me even when no one else does.

This facility was awesome. Our daughter volunteered to go into an inpatient facility and we are so glad that she was sent here. The staff was very helpful and kind. We heard our daughters tone get better everyday when we spoke to her. She said after her visit that the staff was so kind to her and she was treated very well. As a note to parents, when your child is checked in and you get a chance to speak with the nursing staff, give them some info on your child's nature. Tell them a it about your child's personality, triggers, and moods. It will help them care for your child that much better. Again, the nurses and therapists we dealt with were wonderful. This was a difficult time for the family and they helped our family go through it as smoothly as possible.

The nursing staff are great. I don't remember all their names, but Raul was a great, upbeat, welcoming nurse to have in the early mornings. He kept my spirits high. Brion was one of several insightful group therapists. Even the other patients were great, minus one who wasn't in touch with reality. The staff acted very quickly and efficiently when this patient gave me a scare. But I had a great time with the other patients. We kept ourselves entertained with cards and chess in between meals and groups. Everyone really seemed to watch out for each other and root for each other. My doctor wasn't great, but not bad. I've never had a good inpatient doctor out of all my 15 odd hospitalizations. It gives me peace knowing that if I ever lose my mind or my spirit again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Aurora Charter Oaks. I learned valuable lessons in the groups, felt safe, and rededicated myself to meditation thanks to Aurora.

SUCH A GREAT HOSPITAL. I TOOK MY DAUGHTER(TEEN) AND WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITALS. NURSES AND SOCIAL WORKERS/CASE MANAGERS/THERAPIST ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE REALLY THERE TO HELP YOU. NOT LIKE OTHER HOSPITALS WHERE YOU HAVE TO KEEP CALLING TO GET AN UPDATE. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN TO COLLEGE VISTA (TERRIBLE PLACE) AND SHE HATED IT THERE. THE STAFF HERE WERE AMAZING. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION FOR HELPING PEOPLE
