Frisco ER

This was the best experience I've had at an ER. They were so nice and caring, and it wasn't the usual "all nighter" everyone is used to with an ER. My nurse Tiara was amazing! I usually have to have multiple people attempt IVs but she got it on the first try.
Doctor Khan explained everything thoroughly and did his best to help with my issue. I will definitely recommend this ER to others and will use them again (hopefully not too soon) in the future!

I feel very lucky to have found Frisco ER. My experience greatly exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived they quickly helped me and everyone was so nice and caring. the doctor really knew what he was doing and quickly got me a ct scan and quick diagnoses and prompt treatment wit5h the right antibiotics. I stayed overnight to get better treatment and every single person was so friendly and caring that includes several nurses. I am not good with names but from Steve to a few front desk staff that includes Rida. hey also quickly repacked and unpacked my bandages with once again no wait or hesitation. I think my prayer helped guide me here and I am quickly recovering. I would strongly recommend and even miss all of the friendly people!

12-12-22 My first time here. Writing this review as I wait to get checked out. Had a car accident and creating a paper trail. To be continued....they said no cost to get me looked at. But, they will give me an estimated cost on what I need.
12-16-22 Update on my visit and experience with Frisco ER. They did exactly as they said. I had no bill. They just needed a claim number from my accident and they do the rest. My visit was very good. It wasn't super busy and all of the staff were nice and helpful. The place is set up nice and very clean. They also followed up with me and had some recommendations for me. I would recommend Frisco ER.

I’ve been to Frisco E.R. 3 times this year and the service from the staff is remarkable. Dr Kalra is genuine, informative and cares about who he’s treating. I recommend Frisco E.R to my co workers, neighbors and anyone who may ask about where the best place to go when you’re under the weather or such. You can trust that they will do what needs to be done to get you comfortable and better!

I went to Frisco ER and it was very nice. They were very professional and quick. My nurse Crystal was very kind and understanding. There was no waiting time and they did a great job. The doctor was also polite and I had a great experience.
