The Service Eddie provided for me was excellent. He explained the system for certifying and sending first class mail. He gave me tips on how to prevent mail fraud and I felt assured that he is concerned for the customers and works to ensure safety in mailing documents. A very nice lady let me borrow her pen which made my day. Eddie and his staff will provide excellent service.

The staff are very friendly. Even when the place was packed they were able to get people moving along fairly quickly. Wasn't able to resolve my issue but, it wasn't cause of any of the employees. Probably should think about expanding the building to accommodate all the traffic
