(October 1, 2022, 11:29 pm)I had a very good experience with L & D Automotive. I went to 5 different mechanic shops before finding L &D. Each shop told me that they would not be able to fix my car to get rid of an engine light. My engine light was on and I was unable to pass inspection to get the car registered. I have a 2016 Chevy Malibu and when I took it to the Chevy dealership I was told it would cost me around $2,000 and almost promised me that they could not guarantee that it would fix the problem. One of the mechanics, a foreign car mechanic, recommended L & D in Lavon. When I arrived, I pulled up to the shop and spotted a sign in the window that read, 'we can fix anything'. Guess what? They sure did. They gave me a vehicle to drive for a few days while they made the repairs which I thought was outstanding. My vehicle was repaired and returned to me with no engine lights. And.... for about half the price of what the Chevy Dealership quoted. L & D Automotive guarantees their work. I highly recommend them and give them 6 stars!
(September 1, 2022, 6:01 pm)I took my daughters truck here the DAY I picked it up from another shop who completely screwed me and L&D got my vehicle in that day. Roland helped us and him and the staff there were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed. They were able to get my daughters vehicle in quickly and had it back to us by the next day. I’m so happy with their communication and will be taking all my vehicles there when needed. I couldn’t recommend a better place to take your vehicle. Thanks for the great work!!!! Happy happy customer!!!
(June 30, 2022, 4:04 pm)First time here. Stopped in for an Oil Change. Extremely impressed with how clean it was. Both inside the shop and the waiting room. While waiting, there were several customers who came in either to pick up their vehicle or to have a service done. All were treated in a timely, professional manner. Will be sure to return for future repair services/maintenance intervals. Thank You!
