Serenity Park

Cute little area to walk your dogs or stay out of the woods. It's even got a little pond and a pier and a sidewalk outside of the woods away from the copperheads. Lots of greenery outside of the woods themselves too so you don't have to go into them. Really nice.

Even though it's a chain Rudy's delivers consistent quality barbecue. You pretty much know what you're going to get when you order brisket, they're definitely better than the major chains out there. Cool store concept and you can buy a tank of gas while you're there.

The park is perfect for little people 5 and under. We love going here.

Went for a picnic. Table was a normal outdoor table, we threw a blanket over it for a table cloth. Area was well-kept, trash can available. The playground was moderately busy for the 1 hr we were there. The parking lot is very small, but there was not a lot of traffic. And the pond was also quite small, no ducks to feed when we went. Overall, nice neighborhood park, and we would go again for another picnic.

The playground area is small so don't expect much there. There is a long concrete trail, a dirt trail in the trees, several picnic tables (some with grills that look like they've never been used), a pond filled with turtles and much more. My kids had a great time.
