My family just recently moved to Texas and are buying a house and I called probably every insurance company around to get the best coverage and price, and not only did Allstate offer the best of both coverage and price but Jason Bucknor was the agent who helped me and he was one of the reasons we chose Allstate. He made me feel like family from the first call and he seemed to genuinely care about all our needs. Customer service really goes a long way in my book and Jason really could teach the class on customer service.

I have been very pleased with the services provided. My agent, Matt Dancer, is amazing. Matt has answered the phone every time I have called and provided me with information and documents when needed. He has made it feel more like a friendship rather than a business relationship.
