Amazing Service Kay August agent with EXP Realty sold my house in 3 days she only charged me a listing fee of 1.5% but she worked hard for me and provided me with the same full service as if I paid her the full 3%. I highly recommend her. We are still in contact today and she attended our house warming party. I have already referred 5 of my associates to her and she has sold 2 of their houses just as fast as she sold mines.

Amazing Kay August is a good fit for anyone who hates the normal realtor lingo she really does care and she will tell you up front she wants you to keep as much money as possible in your pocket that's why she doesn't charge you the full 3% listing fee she saved us over $15,000 that we would have normally paid to other Realtors.

Excellent Realtor Kay is just amazing I was a FSBO she called me one day not with standard Realtor script. She introduced herself as Kay August Agent with EXP Realty she said I see you are trying to sell your home on your own, I said yes I am she immediately replied... I would like to know if I can be of any help to you during this process. She said I'm not charging you I would just like to help you achieve the sell of your home and I said if you find a buyer we will pay a Buyers commission then I said yeah I could use some help and just like that she came talked to us and brought us tones of helpful information on selling without a Realtor. The next week I had a open house I was overwhelmed so I called her to see if she could help with setting up and she came 30 mins later never asked me to sign a listing contact she helped me with the open house and the next day we decided to hire her as our Listing Agent signed listing Agreement and she got our house sold in less than 30's.
