From the day we purchased our 2019 Toyota Highlander to present 9-2021, the experience has been not only painless, but pleasant. The staff is always professional, fast and friendly. I appreciate that they do not high pressure you to always buy additional items when I take my car for service. The facility is always spotless and very accommodating with snacks etc. if you should have to wait on your vehicle. I highly recommend Pat Lobb Toyota! After attempting to purchase from this dealership in 2014, I was pleasantly surprised with the car buying experience when returning in 2018. I think it was in large part due to my salesman, Todd Price, but perhaps resulted from a greater emphasis on customer experience by the dealership. In any case, Todd was great... straight forward, not very pushy, but seemingly an advocate for me. Of course, he represents the dealership, but helped me navigate the purchasing negotiations quickly and with minimal pain. I purchased two Camry's and was pleased with the deal. Strongly consider giving them a try... and ask for Todd Price. Good luck!

Update from 4/2021, just purchased two new vehicles as my leases matured. While Todd moved on, I had a similarly good experience with George Mogollon. We quickly agreed to terms and the delivery process was smooth.

I was helped by JP and Mike. Both provided excellent service. Put me and my little ones at ease very quickly with their attention and professionalism. We had to leave our car in for several hours for a safety recall, and were provided with a transportation service to and from our home. We love the fact that this was an option! Mike (who drove us) was very prompt and attentive. We didn’t have to wait a minute longer than we needed to. Then work on our car was then completed well within two hours at the dealership. I forgot to mention there was also a play room for the kids there which they loved. Wide and comfortable seating area. Last but not least, JP Woods was very friendly and efficient while we were there. Thank you. Overall a wonderful experience.
