Didn't see a chiropractor here, instead saw Dr. Sandra Caldwell, first time visit. Great doctor, I felt like she really listened to my concerns and offered me possibilities as to what I am going through. Scheduled to follow up soon and am very happy I switched from my previous PCP who I had been seeing for nearly 20 years yet I could never see her anymore, only her nurse practitioners.

Thankfully, I have been a patient of Wellness Solutions since moving to North Texas in 2018.

Sandra Caldwell, MD is a wonderful primary care physician. She listens is supportive and easy to talk to. She has guided me with lab work and to other specialists as needed over the last year and a half. I never leave my appointments with unresolved issues.

I had been dealing with back issues since 2016 and after several chiropractic sessions with Dr. Bowden and rehabilitation with Dr. Vincent I felt better than I had since the injury. Not having been to a chiropractor before Dr. Bowden was honest and forthcoming about what I should expect during our sessions. Also, not being a very physically active person, Dr. Vincent was able to modify the exercises to my capabilities which was a big help.

Loren and the office staff at Wellness Solutions are friendly, thorough and accommodating. I know that I am always in good hands with this team.

Dr.Caldwell is so professional and caring.. she goes above and beyond for her patients! Lauren at the front desk is always so kind and greets everyone. i just really love this practice its the best!

Called and got an appointment same day! Staff were friendly and professional. Took medical history, x-rays and exam. Started treatment that day and have had visits 3 times a week since and have improved each week. Am almost pain free and able to move easier than I have in a long time! Right side lower back had gone out and pain was excessive, it was almost gone when left side went out! Now I am basically pain free from both! Feel years younger and able to play with grandchildren again! Every aspect of their treatment program helped with relieving not only the pain but the causes of it! I intend to continue to see them in order to keep my body in good working order!

Got my very first back adjustment done at Advanced Medical Pain & Rehabilitation Center today. I must say I am feeling renewed. No more back pain, no more neck pain, The staff was courteous and professional. Facilities were also very well kept. Above all, words cannot describe how thankful I am of Dr. Laali for doing such an awesome job!!
