Dr.Bass and her team offer great medical care. I have gone through so many therapists and I have finally found Dr. Bass who is very knowledgeable about mental illness and living a healthy lifestyle. She provides tools that have resolved my anxiety and I am happy for the first time in my life. Thank you to Dr. Bass and her team! The process of finding the right psychologist can be a challenging and frustrating one at best. At McKinney Neuropsych, you are not treated like just another number to fill a time slot, that then mindlessly collects your copayment. That won’t happen here! They go above and BEYOND, every time.

We have worked with Dr. Bass, Dr. Morris, and Dr. Gayoso over the years. Each provider has taken the time to answer our questions, thoroughly explain tests results, and make recommendations for special needs child.

Unfortunately, our insurance had some outstanding claims and was in no rush to submit payment for the approved services. Nevertheless, Dr. Bass didn’t discontinue services. She understood the need for continuity of care and was unwilling to allow delayed payments from the insurance company to interfere! Good luck finding this level of compassion and professionalism anywhere else!

They've listened to me intently all the while never being judgemental or placing blame. They provided me with steps on how to reduce stress in my life. Definitely an huge improvement over his older office, Dr. PHILLIP MORRIS works so well with testing children and people of all ages. He had a unique ability to gain his client's confidence and the children's trust. I would not take my child or family anywhere else. They are friendly, fast, and kind at this new location.
