(July 23, 2021, 1:34 pm)I had an amazing experience at Smart Health and Wellness Centers. The staff is amazing, and the new facility is astonishing! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I definitely will not be going anywhere else for Primary Care!
(July 22, 2021, 2:50 am)Dr Slaughter is such a kind doctor, and very knowledgeable too, as well as a great listener. She seems to really strive to do all she can to help. The office staff are also great and helpful as well. Highly recommend.
(June 30, 2021, 9:33 am)The doctor and staff could not have been better. The staff made me feel comfortable from the start and The doctor answered all my questions and explained everything that was going to be done during my visit. I plan to recommend Smart health to everyone i know.
