Dallas Sleep

I've been coming to Dallas Sleep for many years. This office is very efficient and very easy to work with. I like Dr Kakar - very helpful, answered my 3 questions quickly and with ease. He also covered several concerns patients might have.

My previous sleep office disappeared suddenly along with all my records. I like knowing and feeling secure that Dallas Sleep will be here for a long time in the future.

Dallas Sleep coordinates between their office, my insurance and informs me of any co-pay charges before my appointment, so there is no misunderstandings when I arrive. I like their use of sending me a post card reminder to call for my next appointment and then text message reminders since my appointment is made a year in advance.

Appointments at this office are so easy to make. My appointment in January 2020 was treated with great efficiency, thoroughness, and pleasantness. The office location has changed since January 2019 and is much easier to find than the previous location; the parking is much better.

The office and doctor gave me all kinds of important information that I didn't know I needed to know....such as new technology and new available equipment, insurance coverage, what to expect for next year, etc.

My insurance changed since my appointment last year and the office insurance person was very careful to verify my coverage well in advance. This was important because there was a change in the contact information for my primary care physician's authorization. This was all worked out 2 weeks before my appointment.

In addition to all the positives about this doctor and office, I especially like that I can depend on them being in business next year. In the past, a different office disappeared n the middle of the night and it caused me many months of problems before I could sort them all out.

Can you tell that I appreciate my experiences with Dallas Sleep? I know this is a long review. I wanted to share some specific experiences that contributed to having my medical needs taken care of in this office.

So glad to have this sleep clinic in McKinney! Appointments with the PA, Jie were informative and encouraging. Overnight sleep studies were in comfortable accommodations in spite of the bazillion wires attached that were required to get the necessary information. I didn't realize how poorly I was sleeping until the test results were tallied and explained to me.
Now I have my machine and love it! I'm sleeping through the night and wake rested. My spouse is also getting a quiet good night's sleep.
The office staff, Ashley is super friendly and accommodating and the overnight staffers are very considerate and knowledgeable.
