AT&T Store

My experience was awesome... Kevin took great care of me. I came in today to purchase my 1st Apple Watch.. Although I was very nervous about not understanding how to correctly use it Kevin put my mind at ease and showed me step by step on what to do. He also assisted me in qualifying for other discounts as well. If I could give more stars for my experience today I certainly would!! Kudos to Kevin.. Thanks for all your help!!

Blake was awesome and helped me get a new phone at a great price. The customer service was outstanding and the employees are so friendly and real. I won’t visit another AT&T store.This one will get all of my business, it’s the best one in town.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable of not only the phones but of the different plans and software.He helped me get exactly the products I wanted for the best price. He was smart, ,personable, and patient. He made sure that I understood the billing and how my AT&T bill would look for the next three months. I can’t say enough good things about this person.

I recently stopped in this new location because I knew I needed a new phone. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had the privilege of working with Chris. He helped me pick out a new phone and was patient enough to transfer all of my data from my old phone to my new one. While my data was being transferred, Chris was a great conversationalist. It was a truly great experience and I would recommend this store and I would highly recommend Chris as an associate. I may have have found my new favorite AT&T store.

I went in to get Uverse, Received Exceptional service from Jon and Hugh. They paid attention and answered every single question I had. I highly recommend this location. Their customer care is phenomenal. The whole experience was a positive one for me. By far the best AT&T franchise there is... extra thumbs up for social distancing and also for strategically placed hand sanitizer on all the tables. Actually now considering switching over to their mobile services due to the experience I had! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you Jon, Hugh and Chris.
