My girlfriend and I put in a service request for help setting up a new washer because there was a problem with the water shut off. Within 2 hours of putting in the request, Patrick was able to come out and fix our problem and even help set the new washing machine up for us. Very friendly and polite, and went above and beyond to make this a positive experience.

I’ve been living here for two years now and I must say that this community is great! It’s always quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Never had a problem with maintenance coming when something had to be done and Jovita in the office is great! I would recommend this community to anyone.

These are great apartments beautiful inside and out.. Main office is full of smiles And bright faces. Beautiful gated community. Their maintenance crew is wonderful, They're always happy and willing to help no matter the time or day.. This is definitely a place that you can get comfortable and call home....

This property is so beautiful!! From the location to the actual apartment itself- you feel so cozy and at home. The maintenance and office staff are also AMAZING which is a huge plus!! Tanya, Jovita & Ashley go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I'm from south Korea and I've lived in this house for two months and I'm planning to live another month cause this house is really awesome!!
The house is equipped with everything such as home appliances and tableware. And there is also a swimming pool in front of the house, so it is perfect for children to play.
There is a market, school, and a good restaurant near my house, so it is very convenient in location.
It is also very convenient that I could come to the leasing center and get free Starbucks coffee and print the documents I need.

Especially I'd like to express my deepest appreciation to Ashley 😍(who works in leasing center) for helping me whenever I have any problems at home and for always being kind to my family.

I was able to make so many great memories while staying here. So I highly recommend here to you all.

Best Repair Shop Ever.

Brought my van here after failing inspection. They took me in fast, looked at the van and explained why the other shop was wrong to fail me. They wouldn't charge me so the least I can do is to let others know that this is a great place to go. Thanks!

Good work and always a fair price

Fantastic local business! Amazing service, super knowledgeable and extremely reasonable prices. I was recommended this place from a close friend whom has been having work on his trucks and vehicles done there for years. The service and price far exceeded my expectations. No upsell on things not needed and does the work fast and gets you back on the road fast! Literally the opposite from my experiences with dealerships, chains and the majority of mechanics I have used in the past. I wouldn’t take my vehicle or my wife’s anywhere else!
