I have been looking for a reliable dentist since I moved here from California 7.5 years ago but i had a few bad or mediocre ones until Dr. Lu.

Let’s started the review with my friend’s case. My friend moved away to Allen and had switched to a prestigious dentist who ended up causing her bad infection and a fever 2 weeks after the visit. It was so painful but she couldn’t get an urgent dental appointment with the bad Allen dentist. She called her old dentist Dr Lu for help and luckily Dr Lu was willing to see her after hours due to the emergency. The infection was so bad that if she came in few days late she would have to lose her teeth.

For myself, I had a chipped molar and I went to two docs they both said due to the size crown is the only way to go. I came to Dr Lu for a 3rd opinion and she is the only dentist who noticed that I had a very similar chipped molar on the other side of my mouth which used filling as well. She agreed the area is too big but on the conservative side we could still try filling first. It took her only 20 min and my chipped tooth is good as new (1.5years after it’s still doing good). I highly recommend Dr Lu for her skills and honesty.

Doctor Liu is super kind and patient. All the staff are nice as well.

We certainly love this place. The one star is less due to the reason they are already full on Saturdays 7 months in advance in 2022. This is what happens when you take more customers exceeding your ability to provide service to your existing customers. I really don’t want to go to anywhere else as we certainly love this place. I would expect management will improve the availability for your loyal customers for years on Saturdays as we don’t want kids to skip classes due to dentist not available on Saturdays for the next 7 months.

Dr. Liu and the staff are very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I switched to Aurora dentistry since 2019 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Liu helped me with one crown, three veneers and many other dental care. In particular, when I meet some problems during/after the treatment, she is very willing to check the issues, explain the situation, and listen to patients’ thoughts. I highly recommend Aurora dentistry and have referred it to many friends. Angela in the office is also very friendly and process the payment responsibly with the insurance company.

The dentist is wonderful. She is so professional and knowledgeable. Take time to listen and explain everything. She and her staff are friendly. My wife even switched to her. She is also great with kids. I took my 1 year old for her first "check-up" and she was great with her! If you need a dentist, highly recommend Dr. Liu and Aurora Dentistry!
