Cirrus McKinney

I recently went through the Cirrus Embark training here. Brannon was a fantastic instructor! He made the transition training fun and exciting. I enjoyed it and learned a lot. Natasha was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and handled all the scheduling professionally.

I did the SR22T transition course here, and really enjoyed it. My instructor Alan was very experienced, helpful, and friendly. Natasha and the team were flexible to work with changing schedules to help me.

We recently took delivery of our new SR22 and after our flight back from Knoxville we where approaching our initial 25 hr oil change and inspection. After reaching out to Ben he was able to schedule us in for service very promptly so we would not go over our hours. When I taxied in Ben met me at my plane and welcomed me and helped with my luggage. From start to finish Ben took his time and answered any questions I had. He even took the time to show me the renderings for the new facility starting soon. The facility and shop where impeccably spotless and I felt like I was back in Knoxville at the delivery center. Definitely looking forward to all of our future maintenance visits.

New SR22T owner since July '20, and I have taken my aircraft to Cirrus TKI for service and annual. I always receive nothing short of the best service and customer experience from the crew at Cirrus McKinney. Ben and his crew are top-notch and everyone on-site has a very positive attitude toward their work and the customer. Thanks team. - Adam
