From whence forth, I do recall from the mists of my mind a tale of gallantry and disgust, wit and stupidity, aloofness and empathy. Within the deep recesses of the halls of the vast emporium that Boyd High School is, I discovered the ancient secret that from which stems all of Boyd's reputation for excessively prosaic education. The famed Bronze Brazen Bronco of Boyd (QUAD B), that stands at the posterior entrance of this historic bastion of deleteriousness, holds the unsurmountable power of the prior mentioned "education". You see, dear scholarly audience, inside the depths of QUAD B lies ancient texts that exemplify the powers teachers are beholden to wield to exclusively empower their charges for the betterment of all (as in McKinney) of humanity.

Embedded in these sacred sacrilegious sycophant scrolls, my uniquely modal reader, it empowers whosoever shall glance beyond its dusty golden colour, the dynamos of education, the root of learning, the teachers, gain awesome techniques of " schoolin' da homies" and pound into their lilliputian heads, until either one of events occur— the shattering of their sanity under the bombardments of these torturous techniques or until the gray matter encased in white bones of their head melts into a slag of putrid filth.

But how exactly is it the manner of which brain-washing, mind-numbing, cognitive-bashing, skills evolve just from the texts of QUAD B ? You are most certainly asking this question whether consciously or subconsciously or unconsciously. Here, another convoluted piece of reasoning and fortitude shall be revealed to you. You see, the teachers of Boyd differ far greatly from the ordinary ones of the Odiouslands (anywhere but McKinney). Within the possession of McKinney Boyd lies the tree of all goodness and fertility there is in the world. Doth the teachers dare consume the fruit borne of this tree and thus gain multitudes of wisdom and the light of grace from God himself? No, no, no, dearest scholar, though they may be enamored by the perfection of the fruit and its glistening of intelligence, directly under the tree lies its nemesis, the most feared adversary: Greenhouse Magic Mushrooms. The temptation and evil that rots in the 'shrooms is far too strong for the wills of the teachers to resist (side note: At twilight, QUAD B force feeds them anyway). None can resist the almighty influence of the equestrian devil. In a symbiotic relationship, the texts embedded in the bowels of QUAD B and the evil steeping in the Greenhouse Mushrooms.

Stars twinkle in the night, Roses glow with their ethereal beauty, but the truth is that stars are just spheres of lights that are too far to bear warmth and burn your soul with its hellish flames when you take a step forth. The rose blooms, seemingly eager to be touched before it instantly pierces the spirit with its thorns. The pristine farce that Boyd retains may as well be true, students that emerge do have the spark of a genius once and again. This review isn't designed to persuade, merely inform. Don't be fooled by the convincing four stars; the reader must choose the means. Is there hidden somewhere a justification in tearing breaking the students' mind to find the gem of brilliance? Not a fool-proof process, many are left to become depressed and empty shells to be filled with hateful things. Never is collateral damage not nonexistent in its absence.

Do you dare endorse the facility that condones such a method to success? (PS they never ain't got Chick-fil-a no longer)

McKinney Boyd High School is excellent in terms of education and their commitment to their students. The teaching staff is amazing. We had such a great experience these last four years. We will miss you.

Excellent school! The opportunities available to the students are countless and the programs are stellar (sports and fine arts.) It is up to the student to take advantage of all that it is available for him/her to excel and succeed. My son will graduate this year with an academic and fine arts portfolio (including great accomplishments, awards (like National Hispanic Scholar), and practical experience in his field of interest) that will open many doors for him. We are very grateful to Boyd for the quality of education that my son has received there, for the great and committed teachers, for the fun years, the great friendships, the wonderful performances and events, the opportunities and resources, and the well-rounded high school experience that our son have had the fortune of enjoying there. GO BRONCOS!!!

Stay informed as a parent.. This school as well as the other MISD schools expect the student to be responsible and self-reliant. If you choose to not follow up regularly with home access it may be too late to have your kiddo complete assignments they may fall behind on. I'm proud of my Bronco! I'm happy to be in this district and zoned to exemplary schools.
