This wash Is very convenient. However make sure to check your car after. Doesn't always clean everything. I had to have a rewash to clean bird dropping that was missed in the 1st wash.

Customer service however is top knotch. I wasn't able to return for the rewash and they simply emailed a rewash coupon to me with in minutes.

I'm convinced however that these machines damage car paint.

Overall good for a quick basic wash but I wouldn't spend money on the higher teirs as the impact really isn't noticeable. DO NOT GET WHEEL BRIGHT if u have a light colored car or bright rims. It will splash off the tire as you drive and leave black dots on the car and rims.

Love the modern belt/track system! Friendly and polite workers, too. However, the dryers don't get my car totally dry and what drops are left leave spots. Not sure if it's soap or hard water. Need a longer dry time or cleaner rinse water so it doesn't leave spots.

Got the Ultimate wash especially to get the dirt on the undercarriage. A few areas around the mubflaps still with dirt left. Beautiful facility with lots of stations, allows you to clean & detail your car at your leisure.

While out of town my car gave a warning message of low pressure in one of my tires. Walmart was within a few miles so I drove to their auto center. Despite being busy one of their mechanics took care of the problem by airing up the tire and inspecting it for any obvious defects. He advised me to drive around a little bit and if the problem arose again to come back and he would gladly figure out the problem and fix it- and didn't charge me a single penny. Luckily putting air in solved the problem, but I would have definitely gone back if needed due to the great customer service I received.

I always to go walmart auto care for car services. I love it and reasonable price too. Thank you.

Basic oil changes here. It's alright.
