My dad and I are patients of Dr. Hoang. She is a very compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and excellent doctor. All praise; no complaints.
I am very unhappy with the appointment schedulers though. In all these years, I have called to make an appointment, I have come across only one polite person. It is disrespectful of them to show me attitude when I’m simply trying to schedule or get clarification on my appointment.
