This location and its staff was fantastic! They got me in at my scheduled appointment time and were very quick and efficient. Alicia was very personable and kind and did a great job. I would highly recommend this location.

We were able to walk in on the same day for an appointment, Tieri did a great job helping my son getting his blood drawn as he is always afraid of doing it

Terry was wonderful at her job. I’m usually a difficult poke and she found the vein and got 11 vials of blood with no issue or pain. Waiting time wasn’t long and check in was easy.

The service here really depends on the phlebotomist that is working. I received an order last week and the directions given by the Quest employee on how to take the at home test were completely wrong. My intuition was alerted. After checking with my doctor and realizing the test would have failed with the previous instructions given I drove back up to this location. This time my appointment was with Terrie. I explained the situation. She went above and beyond to help me understand how to take the test and was not only helpful but friendly. I wish we could request who our appointment is with. I would request her every time! Honestly, I'm just a bit scared for the future patients that don't receive the right instructions. Hopefully their intuition will alert them also.
