  I feel safe having my staff there. The bathrooms and halls are clean most of the time and the manager helps you any time.

  We had driven over 45 minutes to pick up a part that we ordered with customer service over the phone that was supposedly in stock. When we got to the store, the part wasn't there. Needless to say we were very upset. Luckily, an associate named Damian Wisdom helped us. He went above and beyond calling multiple stores across the country to try and locate the part. He provided exceptional customer service and really made a negative experience become a positive one. I wish we lived closer so Damian could have installed the hitch on our car. Damian is very knowledgable. He actually found a different hitch that would work for our car and had it shipped to the store closest to our house. We highly recommend choosing this Uhaul if you are in the Mesa area.

  Helped a buddy move into their storage facility.
  Nice, cool A/C inside
  :D feels great after loading recliner couches.
  Oh, and they have carts that you can use to wheel your couches to the ELEVATOR to take them to your unit.

  I made a reservation the day before which made coming in and picking up quicker and easier. The sales people were very helpful as well.
