Sally is very knowledgeable in her field. I joined 16 weeks ago and have lost 33 pounds and feeling great. Aches and pains gone, more energy and no upset stomach. I tried Jenny Craig but not happy with frozen food. Slim4life you eat real food cook by you!!!

This is the best program I have ever used. Confusing to me at first but when you have a good counselor like shakeira , manager explaining all the things to learn it is great. She has become my angel as far as learning the program. When I come in she treats me like I am her only client for the day.
