Dr. Chang and Dr. Tatum have a wonderful office staff! I have been a patient for over 10 years, and these folks are just the nicest, most caring! They are extremely personal and always professional. They make going to the Periodontist FUN, if that’s possible!!

I have been a patient with this business for over 10 years. Though I alternate my visits between my dentist and the periodontist the communication between offices is seamless as one Team knows and shared history so that the continuity of service is perfect. Both offices are on the same page. Every service complements the other. There are no surprises in my visits. In my second visit to this office during COVID, I was overly impressed with the steps taken to ensure the health safety of the patient and the staff. Very professional. Well done!

Always a pleasure to come to this office for service. The staff is very friendly and highly professional, the office is very clean and equipment is modern of what technology can offer. And with recent measures taken to protect customers and own employees from covid I feel safe and confident.

I was very impressed by Dr.Chang and his staffs in my first visit.

I urgently needed a second opinion on a major dental surgery. I read most of the reviews to the letters about their clinic before deciding to call them. So It was no surprise that the next available slot was a month away considering all the 5 star reviews they were getting. But when I explained my situation, Lindy, the receptionist put me on a priority list while maintaining a booking. To my surprise, a couple of hours later she indeed called and told me she found a time for the very next day.

All the staffs in the office, Heather, Lindy and Stephanie were very welcoming, pleasant and very professional as well. After having collected the necessary information and images for my case, which took for less than 30 min. Dr.Chang was already ready to talk to me. From the first moment he talked, I could see that he totally knows what he is doing. He asked in detail, analyzed and explained my situation and choices in so clear and easy ways to understand that I could immediately gain confidence about him. And he promised to expedite his research and planning to give me a presentation in a week time, and even to schedule the surgery in 2 weeks time if accepted by me.

It was nothing but impressive all the way, and I am very much looking forward to seeing him next week, and hopefully he can come up with a creative and sustainable idea to deal my very difficult situation.

Wonderful practice! The staff are friendly and efficient. The office is very clean and soothing. Dr Chang’s talent is remarkable. He worked a miracle on my receding gums. He takes time to explain the procedure and to educate self care. Thank you to all of you.
