I have been speaking with my sales person and it’s been great. very disappointed when I went to test drive a car today test drive appointment was at 12 for the Hurst,Texas Luckily I arrived early at 11:30 the nice young man working at this location explain that they close at 12 not sure why they would allow me set up a test drive for 12 and a location closes at 12 upon test driving the Mitsubishi eclipse cross the car had not washed nor was a clean from the inside the previous person renting the vehicle had left all of their papers/hotel invoices still on the backseat. I feel like that should’ve been taken care of for a test drive it should’ve at best been a clean vehicle or maybe even washed and wipe down in the inside and not smell so bad.Great customer service and liked the vehicle, disappointed In presentation of the vehicle and test drive process.

Was looking for a car and applied for financing before arriving to the lot. I HIGHLY suggest having some financing ready before car shopping.

I was kind of scared of what I would find here according to other reviews, but they had they car I wanted with low mileage and a price I couldn't find anywhere else. Called in and spoke with Phil to set up a test drive. Went in an hour later and loved it still. Finished finances pretty quickly. I ended up going with a different lender that offered lower APR.

Phil was AMAZING. He was nice, friendly, cordial.... he must not have been there when the other reviewer complained about rudeness. Also not sure if manager has changed, but his name was Jim, and I also found him very pleasant and helpful.

To anyone thinking about going here, DO IT!

The lot is very easy to miss though, so be careful.

Prices are fair, and from what I understood about the vehicles for sale is that they were previous car rentals with Avis keeping up with all scheduled maintenance. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
