We have found them to be very honest, knowledgeable, very professional and truly care about the properties. They are wonderful to work with and would highly recommend this company.
(July 8, 2021, 1:21 pm)I absolutely love Walthall! I've been using them for a few years now and I have had amazing service from day one from the office staff to the field. They found my termites before they got too bad and have me a yearly check up to ensure they do not return along with our bi-monthly regular inside/outside service. You will NOT regret using this company.
(October 26, 2020, 1:58 pm)We have used Chris and his team for over 3 years. We live on acreage and have what seems to be an annual skunk love shack under our home. Chris personally comes out to take care of trapping and removing them from our property, which is a HUGE relief! We also use them on a quarterly basis and have been super happy with everything they do! They are hardworking and dedicated to making us happy! No other company we’ll ever use...EVER!! If you’re even sort of 2nd guessing this company...DONT!!
(December 18, 2018, 6:40 pm)I love this company. I really do. I had tried several of the big names out there and all of them failed miserably in delivering the service they promised. Long story short I did some research and found a family operated company in McKinney. I like to support our local communities and the fact that they were in my backyard was a big thing for me.
Although they seems to be a small company, they deliver an outstanding service. I have never had any issues. No cancelations. No shenanigans. No extra charges. Their crew is beyond friendly. Even our golden retriever Max enjoys them.
If you are looking for a great service, remarkable customer service, excellent quality and very reasonable price, look no further. Give them a call! I'm a very happy customer and I know you're going to be too.

Call Walthall and he'll fix it right up. It's a relief to work with someone so competent and efficient! I highly recommend- he's helped with ant and rodent issues at our condo
